Principal Investigator: Dr. Anton Poteraljo, MBBS
Dr Anton Poterajlo is a Senior Research Physician and Principal Investigator with over 19 years of experience in clinical medicine and pharmaceutical research. Since transitioning to clinical research in 2014, he has successfully delivered more than 100 clinical trials as Principal Investigator, covering Phase II–IV studies across multiple therapeutic areas including cardiovascular medicine, respiratory disease, dermatology, endocrinology, rheumatology, vaccines, and women’s health.
Dr Poterajlo qualified as a medical doctor in Ukraine in 2006 and gained early clinical experience working in hospital medicine in Hungary before relocating to the United Kingdom in 2009. He subsequently worked within several NHS hospitals across specialties including acute medicine, respiratory medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, and general medicine, developing a strong clinical foundation.
In 2014, he transitioned into clinical research and has since held senior roles within leading research organisations including Synexus, Medinova, Accellacare (ICON), and currently Trialmed Clinical Research Centre in Glasgow.
He completed postgraduate training in Pharmaceutical Medicine at Cardiff University, strengthening his expertise in drug development and clinical trial methodology.
His professional commitment is to advance innovative therapies through rigorous clinical research, helping to bring new treatment options to patients worldwide.
